I have downloaded some parts from the parts catalogue but when I try to import them I get "access denied".  When I try to reach the forum on the parts catalogue page I also get "access denied"

Thanks for confirming the online parts catalogue is now accessible. (We just fixed that.)

but still can't import.
Please try download that part again using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers, then try import again.
