When attemtping to delete a location, a warnig message will be displayed if the location is 'used', meaning:

- The location (or one of its sub-locations) has components assigned to it

- The location (or one of its sub-locations) has terminal strips defined.

- The location (or one of its sub-locations) has layout views defined.

When deleting a work block representing a location, it will only trigger location deletion if:

- The work block is the last graphical representation of the location (same as normal.)

- The location is not 'used'
