Title: Evaluation of potential ports to connect for terminal connectivity should include all junctions sharing the same net. (Not just bridged ones, and hidden junctions...)

As described in related forum topic.

(Note: This is a side effect of ticket 42575.  This was not a problem when the process was naturally showing everything connected to the same Net.)
