Title: Renumbering components renumbers terminals even if manually numbered.
Description:

When allowing terminal numering for a terminal strip, it seems one can't freeze IDs for terminals, thus they are systematically renumbered.

Details: <p><strong>Testing:</strong></p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Create a terminal strip and make sure its &#39;Allow terminal numbering&#39; property is checked.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Change the name value of a terminal from the &#39;Single level view&#39; list.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Click &#39;Renumbering processes/Renumber all&#39;</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- If the terminal name remains as is, we&#39;re good.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
