Creating a terminal's layout view

This tutorial is an addendum to the Creating a component's layout view tutorial.
This tutorial shows you how to create layout views for terminals to accurate depict them in panel layouts.

In the Creating a component's layout view tutorial you saw how to create a layout for a component by showing the components in the tree view.
If you're trying to create a layout for a terminal, you won't find terminals under Components.
To show terminals in the tree view:
- Select the project in the tree view
- Go to the Show tab and select Terminal Strips. (This will list all the terminal strips in the project)
- Select a terminal strip, go to the Show tab and select Terminal strip elements. (This will list all the elements in the terminal strip)
- From here, follow the steps in the Creating a component's layout view tutorial to create a layouts for your terminal strip elements, then save them to catalogue
