Showing partial layout views on sheets

Sometimes it isn't ideal to have the entire layout on a sheet. You may to show only a specific portion of the layout. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Once you've inserted a layout onto a sheet, right-click on the image on the sheet and choose Partial layout view
   
   
    
2. Two red dots will appear at the top-right and bottom-left of the image respectively
3. Click and drag these dots to crop the section of the layout you want on the sheet
