Allow for multiple routes in harness routing process.

Currently the routing process cancels out if it can't find a path withing the first harness, AND between the first identified source/destination pair it found in harness overview drawing.  The improvement will make it so multipe source/destination pairs will be evaluated, choosing the shortest route.
