Title: Allow to list layouts with heavy graphical blocks, and offer to convert to image.
Description:

- Create query which will list layouts having child(ren) block(s) having a large number of graphical objects (treshold number to be customisable)

- Create function which will open selected parts/layouts and convert the block into an image and save the part.  (Process shall indicate to user they must close and reopen project.)

Technical Details

Details: <p>- A query is shown from any layout block&#39;s object to show heavy layouts.&nbsp; If there are, selecting the parts shown will display a &#39;Convert to image&#39; button under the &#39;Layout tools&#39; tab.</p><p>- Upon opening a project/System, if it contains heavy layouts, SkyCAD will display a message offering to convert them to images, with a &#39;Don&#39;t ask again&#39; possibility.&nbsp; If the user clicks &#39;Don&#39;t ask again&#39;, it won&#39;t ask again until the user activates the feature directly from a layout block, as previous described above.</p>
