It should be possible to select an already inserted block and add any channel symbol to it (provided the selected channel is not already represented elsewhere...)

Technical Details

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Generate a block having only generic terminals on the block, but for which the corresponding catalogue part has all sorts of IO channels.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Insert the block on a sheet.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Select the block and click &#39;Home/Add channels to block&#39;</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Select the channel(s) you wish to see appear on the block.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Click OK.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Channels should get added to the block.</p><p>NOTE: If selected channels are already showing, a message should be displayed signaling that to tge user.</p>
