Some harness branches being unnecessarily reset when running wire processing

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- Create a harness using harness branch connections.&nbsp; (No need to detailed wiring schematics, but the harness must have several branches.)</p><p>- Run wire numbering.&nbsp; Harness should get branch numbers assigned.</p><p>- Display list of harness branches and assign lengths to them.</p><p>- Run wire numbering again.&nbsp; If Harness branch lengths are not reset, we&#39;re good.</p>
