Allow 'Assign IO' to all components, not just PLC Modules...

NOTE: This item will quite probably require extra palying with to define default customisation on block generator template blocks.

- Schematic generation can now be done on all blocks, in both directions (left and right).  you will need to test and setup the schematic generation properties values so it works out.  The current default values do not work out for all IO types.  Once you get an acceptable result, we can set these values as teh default ones.
