Add GetOwnerSystems query.

The query should return the list of Systems/Sub-systems the object belongs to, all the way to the root object level.

NOTE: There is already a query named 'GetOwnerSystem'  (whithout the 's' at the end) that returns the immediate owner system.  This new query will return the full hierarchy.
