error importing part from online parts catalog

I just moved the skycad environment to a google drive location.  That's pretty great!  I thought I'd try to import a part from the online catalog but am getting the following error:

Error is generated when following open component as instructed in the video clip.  The part is a Schneider PLC (TM241) which I have attempted to bring in from the resident downloads folder, and from various G:/ drive locations relative to skycad.  The extension of the downloaded file is .skycadpackage

I think I am missing something...
