After inserting a layout on a sheet, it should be possible to only show a part of it.

Technical Details

Details: <p><strong>Testing:</strong></p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Insert a layout on a sheet.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Click &#39;Home/Partial layout view&#39;.&nbsp; Two red dots should appear on opposing corner of the inserted layout.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Click and drag red dots to define partial view.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Final test should be done on DWG export to see if export corresponds.</p>
