Title: 'Replace connection type' should replace connection even if it is of the same type.
Description:

Currently, the 'Replace connection type' process bypasses the replacement of a connection if it is of the same type of the one selected frm the library.  

The replacement should occure even if it is of the same type, which will have the effect of resetting to default any property that may have changed.

Details: <p><strong>Testing:</strong></p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- In a project where &#39;Control&#39; connection are inserted, select one and choose &#39;Explore connection&#39;</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Change its color and click OK.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Make sure the connection is still selected and click &#39;Connection tools/Replace connection type&#39;</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Click &#39;Yes&#39; when being prompted wire numbers will be lost.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Choose the &#39;Control&#39; connection from the library and click OK.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Click &#39;Yes&#39; when prompted to go through &#39;Flow-trough&#39; elements.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- If the connection is replaced to its original color, we good!</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
