Adding parts from Catalogue in the panel layout view.

It should be possible to add parts from teh panel layotu view.

- Click 'Layout tools/Add part from catalogue'

- Select a class from the displayed class list.

- Select a part and click OK.

- The layout view of the part follows the cursor around.  Click to insert.

- The part is added to the project and its layout view is added to the current panel layout view.
