Allow not to display location terminal location prefix on terminal strip connectivity info.

A new 'Prefix terminal location path on connectivity info' property will exist on Terminal Strips (defaulted at 'Checked' so in line with current functionning.)

Users will be able to use 'Initial value' in Catalogue tools to default it to uncheck if need be.  (For new terminal strips.)

NOTE: The effect will show itself on other terminal strips connected to the one for which the check box value changed.
