Clicking on web link cell won't work if cell is read-only.

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- Create a project and insert a symbol.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>- Assign a part from catalogue, making sure the part has a web link defined.</p><p>- Save the project and make a package out of it.</p><p>- Close the project and open the package.</p><p>- Reach the component and check if clicking the web link (which should now be in read-only mode) will start your browser and send you to the link destination.&nbsp; (If so, we&#39;re good.)</p>
