Technical Details

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- In a panel layout view, click &#39;Layout tools/Layout element&#39;</p><p>- Leave the top element selected (which should be the panel layout itself) and click OK</p><p>- If nothing happens, we&#39;re good.&nbsp; (If the panel layout is selected and follows the cursor around, we&#39;re bad!)</p>
