Title: Issue with ribbon when selected objects are removed through undo.
Description:

When selected objects are no longer valid due to and undo, an issue occurs in the ribbon construction which makes it so teh ribbon is incomplete.

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- Insert a graphical grouping on a sheet</p><p>- Activate UNDO.</p><p>- If the&nbsp;ribbon has buttons displayed in it, we&#39;re good.</p>
