Text templates do not transfer angle property to created texts.

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- Open the Work block class</p><p>- Add a text template making sure the angle is not 0.</p><p>- From a work block inserted on a sheet, click &#39;Drawing/Show component property&#39; making sure you press SHIFT at the same time.</p><p>- Select your newly created text template and click OK.</p><p>- If the inserted text has the correct angle, we&#39;re good.</p>
