Title: Filter by location property definition shouldn't be 'ReadOnly'
Description:

More so: setting a property definition as readonly upon creation of it (through code) should not set the 'Read only' check box to Checked.

(Which was the cause of the issue.)

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- Install on top of V1.2.131 environment.</p><p>- Using teh catalogue tools, open the &#39;Terminal strip class&#39;</p><p>- If the &#39;Filter by location&#39; property definition is in read-only (greyed-out on the entire row), we&#39;re good.</p>
