Cable wiring process does not properly take into consideration OPRs.

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- In a shematics, insert connections with OPRs linking to elsewhere.&nbsp; (With components connector on the other end of OPRs.)</p><p>- Insert a cable indicator over the first set of connections and run cable update.</p><p>- Open the cable schedule and see if connectivity is properly defined on source and destination.</p>
