Make it so Text created from text templates transfer raw values of each text properties.

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- Create a text template for the Work Block class, and make sure a query is defined in its value.</p><p>- Select a work block inserted on a schematics and press &#39;Drawing/Show components properties&#39; while SHIFT is maintained, and select the newly created text template.</p><p>- Right-click the newly created text and choose &#39;Explore text&#39;.</p><p>- Select a cell and deactivate &#39;Process property queries&#39;.</p><p>- If the query is present, we&#39;re good.</p>
