Title: Issue saving rotated symbol
Description:

Saving a rotate symbols keeps the rotated angle when saved.

- Symbol not properly randered in library

- rotation cancelled when inserting

Technical Details

Details: <p><strong>Testing:</strong></p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Insert a symbol and apply a rotation to it.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Select it and click save.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- The symbol shoudl appear unrotated in the library.</p>
