Make 'Explore' on connection always reach the net, even if a Net Branch is associated to the connection.

The default double-click command on a connection is 'Explore', except when a Net branch is associated to the connection.  This is misleading as the user does not always get the same behavior when double-clicking.

'Explore' should always reach the Net, reguardless if a net branch is associated to the connection.

Users will need to right-click and choose 'Explore net branch'.  (Which should probably be more explicite than this.  Like 'Explore wire' or 'Explore harness branch', depending on the case...)
