Title: 'Catalogue tools/Add new catalogue part' should list all Work Field Classes, and not just component classes.
Description:

When using the command 'Catalogue tools/Add new catalogue part', the list of classes that gets displayed is limited to component sub-classes, thus excluding anything that is not a component class (such as rails, wire ducts, terminal strip elements, etc.)

The list should include any class that allows an element of that nature to be saved to catalogue.
