Wago Lever Nut

Wago Lever Nut

Hello,

I am trying to create an ES that uses Wago Lever Nuts as the connectors. I currently have a model that is a one to one wire connector (image attached) but in this schematic I am using 3 and 4 connector lever nuts. Are there any pre-made lever nut models that I could have access to? Or could someone possibly lead me in the right direction in order to get this done?

Thank you!

You can use single level terminals to depict this wago lever nuts, as this has the same functionality, for example in this schematic we have 4 terminals going from the Overload to the motor, you can also insert a Terminal schematics layout view, to provide a better graphical demonstration on how this will be connected. One of the advantages of using terminals is that you can leverage the connectivity tools from SkyCAD.

Make sure to have the terminals symbols with the Flow through property checked, that would allow you to have the same connection name on both sides of the terminal, right-click the terminal symbol and select Explore, then check the Flow through property.

Let us know how it goes.

Yes those are Wago 221s for "Inline" Splicing but they aren't Lever "Nuts"

mcisneros was talking about the ones I posted a picture of.

I am new to SkyCAD, and I also use the Wago Lever Nuts and would like to include them in my schematics.  It looks to me like the original submission was not resolved.

TheColonel26 showed a photo of the connectors.  They come in 3 basic varieties: 221-412 connects 2 wires; 221-413 connects 3 wires; and 221-415 connects 5 wires.  They have been available for years and are very easy to use.  So has no one designed an object for them?  I would make one, but, as I said, I'm new to SkyCAD.

In SkyCAD you could represent the Wago with connector pins, for example for the part number 221-413 you could have 3 connector pins under the connector with that part number:

But with using a connector, would those 3 pins be bridged internally to allow the net to flow-through? A Lever Nut, has all termials bridged.

You could add a bridge to the connector pins to represent it, thanks.
