When inserting OPRs through the 'Insert and link OPRs' tool:

OPR orientations are defined arbitrarily by the software in the following manner:

As you can see, OPRs will point towards the right on horizontal connections, and towards the bottom on vertical connections. 

You may wish to show the arrows pointing in a different direction, based on the flow of current or signal of the connected elements.

To do so:

- Select the OPR you wish to flip (make sure to select the actual OPR symbol, and not its cross-reference text.)
- Click the 'Flip OPR' button, from the 'Home' tab.

The selected OPR should then point in the reversed direction.
