Title: Potential OPR positions not calculated upon sheet opening.
Description:

As described in related forum post.

The issue occured when trying to insert OPRs right after having open the sheet in the view tab area.  (Without changing anything on the sheet, which would trigger potential OPR calculation...)

Technical Details

Details: <p>Testing:</p><p>- Open a project, and then a sheet that has connections in it.</p><p>- Right after sheet opening, whitout doing anything else, click &#39;Home/Insert and link OPRs&#39;</p><p>- If SkyCAD proposes OPRs to be inserted (by highlighting connection extremities with a blue circle), we&#39;re good.</p>
