The current version comes with a tree view query named 'Unlinked OPRs' at the project level, which uses a combination of existing simple queries.

A new query named 'GetunlinkedOPRs' has to be defined, where it will do the same process, except it will be possible to list OPR symbol names which will be omitted in the process.  The process will look for an Environment list of value named 'Unlinked OPRs names to ignore'.

That list is added by upgrade process and and additional process insures both NetInfo and WireInfo symbol names are present at all SkyCAD startup.  The upgrade process also modifies both 'Unlined OPRs' tree view queries at Project and System levels.
