RCD aka GFCI aka RCCB
I Can't seem to find RCD's in any of the symbol libraries or the catalogue.
Do they exist in skyCAD?

It's easy to create symbols
Thanks for posting on the forum.
Such devices are not very common in automation, so we haven't included them in the out-of-the-box installation.
Please create the class by following this tutorial, then create the symbol by following this tutorial.
Please let us know if this helps.

I assumed they'd be fairly common, we always include an (RCD protected) outlet near the PLC for a laptop etc

Good point...
We'll see about adding RCDs to the out of the box environment.

I came here to ask where to find GFCI, AFCI, dual function breakers, etc.
I'm trying to use SkyCAD to document some home automation customizations, main panel to sub-panel to DIN rail, US split-phase, my electrician did not understand my KiCAD wiring diagrams, trying to create diagrams the inspector and the electrician may be more familiar with.

In that case, you probably won't be specifying part numbers, pin numbers or panel layout views, in which case, the online catalogue may not be helpful to you, since it is a collection of catalogue parts, not symbols.
It's easy to create your own custom symbols and catalogue parts in SkyCAD.
This forum thread explains the relationship/difference between the catalogue and symbol library.
If you don't find a symbol you need in the symbol library, you can create your own symbol by:
