Details: <p><strong>Testing:</strong></p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Create a project and close it&#39;s revision.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Create a second project (while the first one is still open), create a sheet, and try to click-and-drag it onto the first project, as if you wanted to cut/paste it to the locked project.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- You should get a message the project is locked, and the opreation should be cancelled.</p>
