Title: Changing channel type should be possible
Description:

In the block generator, it is not currently possible to change the channel type one or more terminals are assigned to.  The user must delete the terminal(s) and recreate them using the proper channel type, thus loosing name and label for those terminals.

It should be possible to change the type of channel.

Details: <p>It turns out it was possible since the beginning!</p><p><strong>Testing:</strong></p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- In the block generator, select a terminal belonging to a channel you wish to change type</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Click &#39;<strong>Explore channel</strong>&#39;</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">- Change the &#39;<strong>Type</strong>&#39; property.</p><p style="margin-left: 40px;">NOTE: A &#39;none IO&#39; type channel should not be changable to an &#39;IO&#39; type channel, and vice versa.&nbsp; (List displayed should limit choices...)</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
