If different connection types are used for a same net, and some connection have a net branch class defined and some don't, the ones where the net branch class is defined should get net branch calculated, while others which don't have net branch classes calculated don't.  Currently, if the first connection found for a net does not have a net branch defined, all of the connections from the entire net loose their net branches.
