Swap wires should look all the way up to the top-most cable, not the immediate parent cable.

When clicking 'swap wires' to interchange cable wires, SkyCAD only displays the list of wires belonging to the immediate parent cable, which may be a sub-cable of the main cable.  It should list all wires from the top-most cable parent.
